I'd like to share with you your precious thoughts for setting a strategic plans over the medium term (5Years) for a trading /service company , if you have some specific ideas or good article , pls. share it with me . as a starting point : strategic plans might be specific in term of , targeting specific market share , achieve ROE or Dividend per share ,expansions in certain locations ,....etc.
