Looking for a Director of Revenue Recognition in the Parsippany, NJ area.
Key Responsibilities:
•Have oversight of the multi-element and single-element business for revenue and cost related analysis and recognition
•Responsible for the compilation and analysis of bi-annual Best Estimate of Selling Price (BESP) in support of ASU 2009-13 and ASU 2009-14
•Preparation of revenue position memos supporting the company's revenue recognition in compliance with appropriate GAAP for the overall company
•Ensure that monthly balance sheet reconciliations are accurately prepared for key accounts such as deferred revenue, unbilled, contra, and deferred cost of sales
•Responsible for closing the books for Revenue and COGS for foreign entities.
•Contribute to the preparation of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for external and internal reporting purposes
•Responsible for the monitoring and preparation of the VSOE tables toward maintenance/support and professional services
