Gains fron sale of non current assets  i.e Cash inflow from other investment activities.

This will be added to net cash ( like in Direct method) since Indirect method is used for operating activities only.

$50000 will be shown in income statement  as non operating income and $.100000 inflow by sale of stock in investment activities.
