    What Would You do if you feel undervalued in your organization ?

    i.e You have a lot of knowledge but your manager is letting you do the filing for the whole department ?
    Please note: You love your company and its one of the best organizations in the Industry and has a secure career (Money-wise) but it has No ERP system .

    Explain your manager about the work load you are having when he is free and suggest your option by putting more resource like man power or going for ERP which could reduce the manpower to a certain extent.
    If he willfully makes you to do , then check for the change where your knowledge can be served better in an organization.
