    Hello,

I am planning on taking the test for part 1 at the end of February, but am really struggling with Sales and Direct Cost Variances as well as Overhead Variance Analysis.  If anyone can give me some insight to better understanding and how to glean the correct information from the lengthy written questions, it would be GREATLY appreciated!

    Thanks,

Look at web site: management-accountant.com then POST and then “Easy technique for solving variance analysis questions". I haven’t tested it but looks interesting and could be much better than the typical 'study guides'.  (This looks as if the site is driven by an individual wishing to openly and freely support students)  Cliff
