Damon Hacker, President & CEO of Vestige Digital Investigations, is a pioneer in digital forensics, helps to improve the techniques, processes technology in digital forensics within the legal process.
As one of the founders of Vestige Digital Investigations, a leading U.S. Electronic Evidence Experts company specializing in Digital Forensics, CyberSecurity, and ESI Consulting, Damon brings more than 30 years of experience in the technology arena, including a background in IT Security and IT Auditing. Helping to shape this important and fast-moving industry, he is responsible for leading Vestige and overseeing corporate strategic direction and growth, finance and administration, as well as the sales and marketing functions in the company.
Damon has testified in both State and Federal Court as a Digital Forensics Expert, aired on the Legal Broadcast Radio Network, and has testified before the Judicial Conference of the United States on proposed rule changes to Civil Procedure that affect the Digital Forensics and litigation industries. He's been published in Inc Technology magazine, Smart Business News and Crain's Cleveland Business.
Damon also consults on digital forensics and cyber for the television industry, having consulted for The Blacklist; Bones; CSI: Cyber, CSI: Las Vegas, and Backstrom. Damon is an in-demand speaker on the subjects of digital forensics, IT security, IT auditing, computer fraud, white-collar crime, data breach, non-compete and intellectual property theft.
He earned both his Master Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of and his undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University. In he holds the Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) certification from the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners and the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

Greg Blate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a Certified Board Advisor (CBA) and a licensed Private Investigator (PI). Greg began his career at one of the then “Big Six” global public accounting firms. He has extensive global experience in forensic accounting, finance, audits, investigations, financial accounting, serving clients throughout the United States and other parts of North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Greg's work has included matters related to employee fraud and embezzlement, corporate fraud, recreating and verifying accounting records, audits, business valuation support, and he has been appointed as umpire/mediator in insurance disputes.He has a demonstrated ability to improve business operations, enhance financial reporting, increase efficiency, and add bottom-line results.
Greg is experienced in developing and implementing financial controls and productivity improvements, identifying, and resolving operational vulnerabilities, and effectively implementing new programs and while managing business risks.He possesses solid communication, leadership, and professional development skills to effectively lead organizations and teams, and engage with individuals at all levels.
Greg is a regular lecturer throughout the United States on topics related to fraud, auditing and business ethics for attorneys, accountants, examiners, investigators, and auditors. He is an adjunct professor at the Deville School of Business at Walsh University instructing the advanced auditing curriculum.Greg has been appointed by the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants to a six-year term on the organization's Professional Ethics Committee. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (national and local chapters), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
