Tamer,
The statement you have correctly quoted means allowable calculators are:
1. Ordinary calculator (as you originally mentioned)
2. TI BAII+
3. HP 12c
4. HP 12c Platinum
5. HP 10BII
I hope this is now clear for you. Several other students of mine since 2011 have been able to use TI BAII+ on their Part 2 exams. If you are not completely aware of it, you may check with a local Prometric center in your area by showing the attached document.
If you have not sat for Part 2 exam I strongly suggest that you grab one of the financial calculators mentioned above and get used to it as it helps a lot on NPV/IRR calculations.

Angel,
the 2nd point of Miscellaneous Information (Last Page) says :
Small battery or solar powered electronic calculators restricted to a maximum of six functions - addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, square root, and percent - are allowed. The calculator must be nonprogrammable and must not use any type of tape OR candidates can use the Texas Instrument's BA II Plus, HP 12c, HP 12c Platinum OR the Hewlett-Packard 10BII calculators when taking the exams. Candidates will not be allowed to use calculators that do not comply with these restrictions.

Tamer,
You will find on page 3 of the attached "Instructions to Candidates" the list of acceptable calculators that candidates may use in the actual exam.
Samer, be sure to bring this 3-page document with you on exam day to avoid the stress of possibly arguing with Prometric staff whether your TI BAII+ is allowable. A few of them still confuse the CMA exam rules with those of CPA's.

Hi Summer,
I think this one is not allowed, as you know the only allowed one should have only very simple 6 operations. Which I think as following :
- Addition (key '+')
- Subtraction (key '-')
- Multiplication (key 'X')
- Division (key '/')
- Memory Operation (Keys 'M+,M-,Mc and MR')
- Percentage (Key '%')
Best luck in your exam of Pert II next June.
