I recently ran into the same issue and received the response from IMA... Your results should've been emailed about 2 weeks after the exam, by Prometric, not by IMA. That is where I was confused but sure enough I looked through my email for Prometric and I received my performance report exactly 2 weeks after I received my exam results from IMA.
