Jeffrey has close to 20 years of public accounting experience, the last 13 with BDO, and has worked with both public and private clients in a variety of industries, with a focus on entities with complex revenue recognition models, including entities that account for revenue under percentage of completion and proportional performance model. These entities include technology and life sciences companies performing services under long-term license and development arrangements. He has assisted clients with evaluating more than 25 arrangements with partner companies including Pfizer, Merck, GSK, Teva, Allergan, Gilead and Par.

With more than 17 years of accounting, audit and business advisory services, Michael has serviced clients throughout the Long Island and Metro New York area. His professional background includes engagements of clients both private and publicly held of diverse sizes and in diverse industries such as logistics and shipping, pharmaceuticals, wholesalers/distributors, technology, restaurants/hospitality and manufacturing. Michael's experience includes work on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements, agreed upon procedures engagements and other special projects.
