Personal Ethics and Organizational Ethics: How Can They Work Together?

Volkswagen’s emissions scandal. Wells Fargo’s fake bank accounts. Samsung’s corruption. As individual accountants and members of IMA, we believe in ethics. So, what can we do to influence and support ethical decision making and behavior in our organizations? This session will explore methods for improving organizational ethics, including governance practices, organizational culture, ethical frameworks, and compliance programs.
