Daniel Gibson of
EisnerAmper will speak to the chapter on
Tax Reform and Tax Planning. Mr. Gibson will discuss the recent tax law and the impact on individuals, pass-through entities, and corporations. He will also provide his thoughts and suggestions on tax planning. This presentation will provide at least 1½ hours of CPE.
Dan Gibson is a Tax Partner with over 33 years of experience in public accounting, nearly 30 of those years with the firm. Dan works extensively with individuals and small to medium-sized businesses in a wide range of industries providing accounting, tax and consulting services. In addition, Dan has developed a specialty in the area of tax representation for taxpayers undergoing tax audits and tax collection enforcement actions.
Prior to his public accounting career, Dan served four years as a Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). He has lectured, published articles and been interviewed on a variety of topics including Federal and New Jersey tax changes, individual/business tax planning and tax resolution.
Dan is a graduate of the University of Scranton and attended graduate studies at Bernard Baruch College. He earned an M.S.T. at Golden Gate University.
