Cleaves.png       Gerard Cleaves of Fairleigh Dickenson University will speak on Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility.  This will be a 2 CPE evening.
       Gerard W. Cleaves is a Senior Lecturer in the Management and Entrepreneurship Department at FDU.  Mr. Cleaves joined Fairleigh Dickinson in 2003 with more than 25 years of experience in business and organizational development. This experience comes primarily in the global supply chain management software and consulting industry serving multinational chemical and pharmaceutical companies. He worked for Exxon Corporation and Chesapeake Decision Sciences and consulted for industry through AtlanTec, a company he founded in 1995.
       He has degrees in chemical engineering from Lehigh University and Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. At FDU he teaches graduate and undergraduate classes including Business Ethics, Foundations of Management, Organizational Behavior and Leadership, Pharmaceutical Management, Career Management and the MBA Capstone.  Mr. Cleaves lives in Westfield, NJ with his wife Gwen of 39 years. They have 3 children and a grandson.
