Our "official" program on Wednesday February 7th will be presented by Dr. Debra McLaughlin, an accomplished academic and research scientist.  Professor McLaughlin’s presentation links environmental management issues to metrics focused analysis of costs and benefits for stakeholders, including private companies as well as not for profit organizations and government agencies.

Our Speaker:

Professor Debra McLaughlin, PhD Debra McLaughlin manages work-force-oriented Biotechnology and Natural Sciences programs at the University of Maryland University College (UMUC).  Many of the students are career changers.  Over half the students are either veterans or still in active duty service, in the U.S. and around the world. 

Professor McLaughlin completed her undergraduate degree in physics and earned her PhD in neurobiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.     https://www.linkedin.com/in/debrafmclaughlinphd/
