Aoifa O'Donnell, LCSW, SAP is CEO/President of National EAP, Inc. Aoifa is a licensed business clinician who oversees the delivery of nationwide Employee Assistance and leadership development programs. Aoifa is passionate about delivering top quality business solutions that markedly improve the workplace of local and national business clients. Aoifa speaks nationwide about employee psychological and behavioral health issues and its impact on the workplace. She is a trained responder to workplace crisis's and has coached Human Resource departments nationwide on preventative and post incident strategies to manage the human behavior problems such as violence, bullying, suicide prevention and substance abuse. Aoifa has been featured in publications such as TIME, Long Island Business News, Pulse, Newsday and HR Benefit News. Among other accolades, Aoifa has been honored with Long Island Business News' Executive Circle Award, Top 40 under 40, the Human Services/EAP Award from the Caron Foundation and was a finalist for the Athena Leadership Award., hosted by KPMG, Inc. Aoifa is an Advisory Board member for Adelphi University's College of Nursing and holds a Co-Chair role for the HIA-LI HR Committee. Aoifa is a co-founder of Rayanna's Arms, a group that sponsors needy families for Christmas, purchasing and fulfilling entire wish lists for their children. Rayanna's Arms has raised over $120,000 in gifts for children since 2004.

Tammy Luby is an experienced Human Resource generalist working in the field for over 25 years. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and is experienced in Tammy-Luby.jpgthe entire lifecycle of the employment process, including multi-state environments. As a certified Human Resource Professional she holds the certification of Senior Professional   in   Human   Resources   (SPHR)   and   Senior   Certified   Professional Certification (SHRM-SCP). She is involved in many professional groups to advance the HR profession and ethics. Tammy co-founded and chairs The HR East End Circle, a Human Resource round table. She works with the Long Island Chapter of The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and participates in ongoing learning opportunities. Her involvement in the profession extends to a proactive role in many professional groups including participating as a panel expert for organizational groups, guest spotlights on the radio talk show Jobline Radio and presenting at college graduation ceremonies. Volunteer work includes the United Way, Cystic Fibrosis, American  Heart Association and  The American  Cancer Society.  Community involvement includes organizing and participating in development programs for high school students and assisting with religious education at St John the Evangelist. In addition, she participates in local high school education programs on interviewing and job search, as well as college job fairs and internship programs.  She is proud to be the Director of Human Resources at Riverhead Building Supply, a company committed to a respectful workplace, honesty, and integrity.
