Speaker's Bio: Paul is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and former Special Agent with the FBI where he investigated complex White Collar crimes including cyber crime, money laundering, bank, corporate and health care fraud, and public corruption for over 22 years. Paul served as the affiant on dozens of cases resulting in multi-million dollar seizures. He is an owner with the VAND Group, a private investigative firm with offices in California and Nevada that provides investigative services including computer and cell phone forensics.
