Transparency, flexibility and creativity are quickly rising to the top as must-haves in effective employee compensation and benefit programs. Gone are the days of the flat 3% across the board increase and pension plans to keep your organization competitive. This session will provide your organization with innovative compensation and benefit trends and strategies (many that won't cost a thing!) to attract, engage and retain employees during this talent economy.
